Monarch Healthcare is recruiting for an Administrator to join our team at Rutland Manor Nursing Home in Ilkeston, DE7. Rutland Manor provides care and nursing support to older adults, including those living with dementia and those with challenging needs.
Experience: Candidates should have experience working as an Administrator in a care setting, including payroll, rotas, staff files, recruitment, and onboarding. Responsibilities include arranging interviews, recording notes, ensuring DBS and reference checks are completed, and meeting training requirements.
Hours: Monday to Friday, with possible additional hours to meet business needs. Salary is dependent on experience.
Requirements: Experience with Excel, a driving license, and access to a vehicle.
Additional responsibilities include:
* Maintaining accurate records in line with company policies
* Preparing and issuing reports
* Processing client payments and maintaining financial records
* Maintaining staff attendance records
* Managing client and staff files according to regulations
* Providing administrative support to the Home Manager
* Answering calls and managing enquiries at reception
* Maintaining stationery supplies
