We currently have permanent vacancies in Nurseries and Schools covering as required on various shifts Monday to Friday between 3:00pm to 7:00pm or Monday to Saturday 7:00am to 9:00am on a 40 -week contract as required.
Glenrothes Primary Schools.
1. Carleton Primary School – 12.5 hours per week on a 40-week term time contract working as required on a back shift between 3:00pm to 7:00pm.
2. Pitcoudie Primary School – 15 hours per week on a 40-week term time contract working as required on a back shift between 3:00pm to 7:00pm.
3. Caskieberran Primary School – 12.5 hours per week on a 40-week term time contract working on a back shift from 4:00pm to 6:30pm.
4. Collydean Primary School – 10 hours per week on a 40-week term time contract working on a back shift from 3:00pm to 5:00pm.
Glenrothes High Schools.
5. Auchmuty High School – 10 hours per week on a 40-week term time contract working as required on a back shift between 3:00pm to 7:00pm.
6. Glenrothes High School – 20 hours per week on a 40-week term time contract working as required on a back shift from 3:00pm to 7:00pm.
7. Glenwood High School – 20 hours per week on a 40-week term time contract working as required on a back shift from 3:00pm to 7:00pm
8. Glenwood High School – 12 hours per week Monday to Saturday on a 40-week term time contract working from 7:00am to 9:00am
You will earn a competitive salary of £23,783.40 pro rata and have access to a range of benefits, including:
9. We pay the Scottish Local Government Living Wage of £12.67 per hour for this post, plus, extra payments for shift work, including weekends.
10. Pay is annualised for 40-week contracts (equal instalments every 4 week pay period)

This work is about ensuring pupils and staff can return to a clean and safe environment every school day. You will go home each day knowing you have made a difference. Once in post you will be working towards The Cleaning Operatives Proficiency Certificate.
The Person
No previous experience is required as on the job training is given.
Before confirming your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.
You will be required to attend an Induction Training Day before starting in post.
