Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of consultants, recruiters, and care coordinators Achieve and exceed branch targets for growth, profitability, and service delivery Maintain compliance with company policies Build and nurture relationships with clients and healthcare professionals Recruit, onboard, and retain high-quality care staff Monitor KPIs, budgets, and staffing levels to ensure optimum branch performance ?
