Client Account Manager
Location: Ideally based South East England or within easy reach (Home based with travel)
Full and Part Time Working options may be considered
Salary in region of £45-55k pro rata, with car allowance, client or company bonus scheme, private health care and more
Are you an experienced Client Account Manager with a proven track record in a field sales agency environment? Do you have multi-channel experience, with strong experience of managing senior client relationships, and driving commercial success? If so, this could be your next big move.
We’re looking for someone who can:
* Own the client relationship at a senior level, acting as the trusted partner.
* Take full accountability for end-to-end operational delivery.
* Demonstrate strong commercial acumen, including P&L responsibility.
* Ideally bring people management experience to lead and inspire a field-based team.
* Work autonomously, translating client strategy into clear, actionable plans for our teams.

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll lead the day-to-day client relationship, overseeing planning, performance, and reporting. Using insight from the field, you’ll propose new initiatives, unlock additional business opportunities, improve operations, and support business growth. Your ability to adapt, influence, and constructively challenge will ensure successful delivery while keeping both client and team engaged.
A large part of your role involves data analysis and storytelling, so strong analytical and reporting skills are essential.
