Growing manufacturing company seeking a hands‑on COO to lead operations, financial performance, and organizational growth in a fast‑paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily manufacturing and operational activities
* Manage budgeting, KPIs, margins, forecasting, and operational tracking
* Lead hiring, workforce planning, and team development
* Drive operational efficiency, process improvement, and profitability
* Communicate regularly with executives, stakeholders, and board members
* Support growth initiatives within a venture‑backed environment
Qualifications
* 7+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial operations
* Strong financial and operational management background
* Experience with KPIs, budgeting, margin analysis, and performance tracking
* Prior experience working with venture‑backed companies ($1M–$5M preferred)
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Construction materials or industrial manufacturing experience preferred
