What You’ll Do Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, including opening and closing duties. Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards. Assist with staff training, development, and performance management. Manage stock control, ordering, and cost efficiency. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
