This role will see the successful individual operate only within Northern Ireland, overseeing a range of new and ongoing BMS design and installation projects. From site visits to monthly invoicing, this pivotal position takes ultimate project responsibility - requiring great organisational and communication skills.

The Role:
Manage assigned projects from sales handover through CAD design and panel build to commissioning and customer handover
Liaise with the in-house design and build teams to ensure the timely and successful completion of jobs
Manage and coordinate several diverse and live projects at any one time through ongoing communication and direct customer liaison
Maintain responsibility for the monthly billing for all overseen, ongoing projects
Act in a professional manner, embrace and nurture internal and external relationships and to promote the company's brand at all timesThe Person:
Proven experience leading M&E projects or similar
A full and clean driving licence
