Conveyancing Legal Secretary – Belfast

A well-established and respected law firm based in East Belfast is currently seeking an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join its busy property department. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with a strong background in residential conveyancing who is looking to join a supportive and close-knit team.
The Role
The successful candidate will provide high-level secretarial and administrative support to fee earners within the conveyancing department, assisting in the progression of property transactions from instruction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Preparing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
* Managing client files and keeping systems updated
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and lenders
* Handling searches, Land Registry applications, and post-completion tasks
* Diary management and general administrative duties
About You
* At least 4 years’ experience in a conveyancing legal secretary role (residential or commercial)
* Strong working knowledge of conveyancing processes and terminology
* Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
* Comfortable using case management systems and Microsoft Office
* Professional, friendly, and client-focused
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
