Our client, an established company based in Rugby, is looking for a Business Analyst to lead the development and standardisation of Standard Operating Procedures for memberships and qualifications. This is a fixed 3-month contract.
Key responsibilities of a Business Analyst:
* Process Analysis & Research
* SOP Development & Documentation
* Stakeholder Engagement & Validation
* Implementation & Training
* Ad hoc associated tasks as required
Key skills & qualities of a Business Analyst:
* At least 5 years' experience in an administration/business analyst role with experience in developing SOPs
* Excellent communication skills and confidence to communicate with different levels
* Strong attention to detail
* Experience working in a regulated environment desirable
* Ideally experience with Dynamics 365 and/or Visio
* Strong IT skills
