Responsibilities
* Take ownership of service improvements, shaping care standards and clinical governance with your expertise.
* Manage the team day-to-day, ensuring audits and compliance are airtight.
* Drive marketing efforts to boost occupancy.
* Apply your ideas and systems and see the direct impact of your leadership on residents and staff.
Qualifications
* At least 3 years' experience managing a care home
* Level 5 qualification in health and social care management
* Strong grasp of CQC standards and ability to drive change
