You would be joining us in the role of Bank Ambulance Care Assistant (B-ACA), delivering a vital service to our patients. Being a B-ACA is so much more than just driving. It’s about providing safe, reliable and friendly transport to vulnerable patients who need it the most.

Summary Of Main Duties Include:
* Patient Transport & Care - Safely drive patients to and from healthcare appointments while providing reassurance, support, and compassionate care throughout their journey.
* Assisting with Mobility - Helping patients with mobility needs, including safe lifting, use of specialist equipment, and transferring patients to and from vehicles or their homes.
* Communication & Compassion - Communicating clearly and kindly with patients, families, and healthcare staff, maintaining dignity, respect, and patient confidentiality at all times.
* Vehicle Checks & Basic Administration - Carrying out daily vehicle checks, keeping all equipment clean and ready in line with Infection Prevention and Control procedures, and ensuring that any incidents and/or journey details are accurately recorded as required.

Successful candidates will also need to successfully complete a two-week mandatory training course on commencement of employment.
