As a Financial Crime PMO, you will ensure adherence to change governance standards, managing all relevant documentation and ensuring compliance with Navigator updates. You will oversee governance meetings, provide stakeholder updates, and maintain a comprehensive project plan to keep financial crime initiatives on track.
Key qualifications include:
* Experience with project tracking and reporting, including milestones, actions, risks/issues, and dependencies
* Knowledge of Navigator or similar platforms for program data management and governance support
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for timely, accurate reporting
Additional valued skills:
* Experience with financial crime or regulatory projects and understanding of delivery urgency
* Ability to support project audits and assurance processes
* Comfort with supporting forums like steerco’s and working groups, including preparing materials and minutes

Accountabilities
* Assist change delivery managers to ensure program compliance with the Barclays Control Framework
* Develop and implement standardized PMO processes aligned with controls and governance standards
* Monitor project performance, track progress, risks, and issues, and report to senior management
* Maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and budgets
* Facilitate project governance, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and effective risk management
* Provide change management training to project teams and stakeholders
* Continuously improve project management practices
