AR Kartz is looking for passionate and dynamic Front of House Assistant & Track Marshal to help create a thrilling and exceptional experience for our customers. As part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and top-notch customer service.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Your role will include, but is not limited to:
* Organising and managing race schedules
* Handling telephone calls promptly and professionally
* Ensuring all bookings are accurately recorded and notes entered into the booking system
* Greeting customers with a warm and welcoming attitude
* Providing safety briefings and information to customers prior to racing
* Ensuring all racers have completed the necessary waiver forms
* Monitoring the karting circuit and issuing the correct flags to racers
* Carrying out standard kart maintenance to ensure safety and performance
Essential Skills:
* Computer literate with experience using booking systems
* Proficient in telephone handling and call logging
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Previous experience in a customer service team environment

* Confident in communicating with people at all levels

These roles will mainly be part time but full time can be available depending on corporate events and preferred hours. Our opening hours are Friday, Saturday and Sunday so availability over these days is crucial.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £12.21-£16.37 per hour
