Key Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional nursing care and ensure all residents' care plans are followed and regularly updated.
* Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing in every aspect of care.
* Administer medication safely and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
* Collaborate with colleagues, healthcare professionals, and families to provide person-centred support.
* Contribute to maintaining a positive, compassionate, and inclusive care environment.
Skills & Attributes
* NMC Registered Nurse (with valid PIN).
* Previous nursing experience in learning disability or complex care settings preferred.
* Strong clinical and communication skills.
* A proactive, caring, and professional approach.
* A full UK driving licence is desirable.
