Are you an experienced Customer Service Advisor with strong call centre experience? Do you enjoy answering phones and delivering excellent customer support? If so, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
We're recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor role where you'll handle inbound calls, resolve queries, and provide outstanding service. This is a full-time temporary position running until Christmas, with the chance to become permanent for the right candidate.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
Previous call centre experience
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
Assist customers with queries and provide accurate information
Log and update customer details in the system
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times
