What the role involves Supervising classes and delivering pre-prepared lessons. Managing behaviour to maintain a positive learning environment. Taking registers and providing feedback to teaching staff. Following safeguarding, behaviour and school policies. Covering short-notice absences when required. We’re looking for someone who Has school or classroom experience (cover, TA, tutoring or similar). Is confident managing behaviour and leading groups. Is organised, punctual and professional.
