Key Responsibilities: Account Management & Customer Support * Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of small- to mid-size accounts in the leisure battery and energy storage sectors. * Respond to customer inquiries regarding product specifications, pricing, lead times, and order status, including raising orders where necessary. * Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication. * Maintain ongoing contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and highlight where we are performing well. * Respond promptly and professionally to inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and ZenDesk (where required).
