Job: Multi-Function Retail Branch Manager
Salary: £27,100 per year (OTE £34,120)
Bonus: Monthly and annual bonus based on company performance
Hours: 42.5 hours per week on rotational shift pattern (5 days on, 2 days off). Weekend work involved.

Responsibilities
* Buy cars and ensure efficient running of the branch, acting as main point of contact for customers.
* Contact customers, prioritize diary to set appointments and meet targets.
* Conduct appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Liaise with back‑office and fellow colleagues.
* Assist transport department as required when not buying cars.
Requirements
* Current full UK manual driving licence.
* Experience working in a target‑driven environment.
* Customer-focused with excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
* Ability to work well under pressure and independently (lone working).
* Ability to organize and prioritize own workload.
* Ability to build lasting relationships with clients/customers.
* Excellent administration and IT skills.
