Part-Time Administrative Support (Flexible Working Hours)
Were seeking a reliable, detail-oriented and proactive individual to join a dynamic team in an office-based role. This is a great opportunity to work within a company that is currently undergoing exciting changes and growth. Position Overview: Replacement Role: This role is to replace a team member who is retiring. A handover period of 1-2 weeks will be provided.

Flexible Working Hours: The position is for 25 hours per week, with flexibility in how the hours are structured (e.g., 5 days per week at 5 hours per day).

Office-Based: Youll be working onsite every day in a fully office-based environment.

Key Responsibilities: Process supplier delivery notes and invoices

Ensure accurate import/export customs documentation is received

Assist with the processing of sales orders and purchase orders

Assist with producing shipping documentation

Maintain production and sales spreadsheets

Input order information into the company's contact management system

General filing and archiving of company records

Answering the telephone and general office administration tasks

Administration of staff holidays and maintaining office supplies (e.g., stationary)

Additional tasks may be assigned and theres potential to expand the role depending on your interests and skill set.

Primarily working with Microsoft Office and Sage 200 (for finance and product management)

Experience with Sage 200 is a bonus, but if youre not familiar with it, youll need to be able to learn quickly.

Ideal Candidate: Were looking for someone who is:
Intelligent, reliable, and a strong team player

Excellent communicator (both written and verbal)

Detail-oriented with good organisational skills

Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Experience with accounting or stock control software is an advantage

Benefits: Annual Bonus Scheme: Based on company performance. If the company achieves 90% of its order target, employees will receive a 2% bonus.
