About the Role
The appointed teacher will teach Art & Design across KS3–KS5, guiding students in developing technical skill, creativity, and confidence in visual expression. You will assist with GCSE and A-Level portfolio work, help organise art exhibitions, and participate in collaborations with local galleries.
The role includes a structured induction plan, with access to one-to-one mentoring, CPD sessions, and opportunities to observe outstanding teaching. You’ll work closely with colleagues who are passionate about developing both artistic skill and critical thinking.

Experience and Qualifications
• PGCE with QTS (or pending) in Art & Design
• Strong creative portfolio and practical teaching skills
