We are looking for a talented Maintenance Operative to join our team. This role involves working 40 hours a week across two hotels: The Admiral Rodney in Horncastle and The White Hart in Boston.
You will need your own transport as your time will be split between the two hotels.

Role Responsibilities:
* Report to the Head of Property and work closely with the General Manager.
* Conduct weekly facility checks and document findings.
* Proactively identify and resolve property issues.
* Maintain high standards of hotel presentation.
* Handle reactive maintenance tasks daily.
* Plan and execute improvement projects using your trade skills.
* Coordinate with third-party contractors for on-site work.
* Support colleagues during property emergencies, even off duty.
* Log and monitor repairs and quotes via our facilities management system.
