Hours of work: Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 (No working on weekends or Bank Holidays)
The Role:
An office based Inside Sales support role working with the Sales Director in a busy product distribution business with opportunity for career progression, the business is seeking the right individual for this key position with responsibility for driving sales growth.
What we are looking for:
A confident self- motivated, enthusiastic and organised person with excellent communication, IT & numerical skills, used to using the phone or communicating by e-mail, electronic or via social media.
Previous experience in related merchant or trade counter roles, or with plumbing systems experience is helpful but not essential as full product training will be provided.
Summary of the duties and responsibilities include:
Confident talking to people, excellent at building customer rapport & relationships
Initiate contact to potential customers, researching new leads, engage dormant leads.
Respond to contact enquires by phone or email.
Communicate customer requirements within the office and wider business teams
Prepare records and maintain the Company CRM database of prospects and accounts
Identify and plan site visits, book appointments and ensure these are followed up
Keeping up to date with product and service information and competitor offers
Flexibility involving in day to day activities will be needed from time to time
