Our client is looking for an Office Team Leader to oversee a small administrative team within a busy, fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and a background in office coordination, customer service, or operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, support and develop a small team of Administrators
* Manage day-to-day office operations and customer enquiries
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing
* Produce and maintain reports, schedules, and delivery updates using Sage 50 and Excel
* Support continuous improvement and maintain excellent customer service standards
About You
* Previous experience leading or supervising a small team
* Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
* Confident working with Sage 50 (or similar) and Microsoft Office
* Flexible, positive, and proactive approach
