As a Legal Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and legal support to our solicitors and litigation team. You’ll be involved in a variety of tasks, ensuring cases run smoothly and clients receive outstanding service.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
* Preparing, formatting, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence
* Managing case files, both digitally and in hard copy
* Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties professionally
* Scheduling appointments, meetings, and court dates
* Conducting basic legal research when required
* Handling confidential information with discretion
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience as a legal secretary/ assistant (preferred)
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure
* A positive, team-oriented attitude
