PrepWorld is looking for Team Leaders who will have daily responsibility for the first line management for part of the Production Team, in a busy Fresh Cut Fruit Factory.
Main Duties:
* Completion of related administration and paperwork (Training provided)
* Management of labour costs for your team
* Management of waste levels for your team
* Ensure products meet customer specifications

* Ideally experienced in running a team in a busy food environment
* Reliable and flexible, with a pro-active approach to problem solving
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Basic English & numeracy skills
