Job Description
The role involves a range of tasks requiring attention to detail, from administrative and reception duties to leading the presentation and maintenance of the site to deliver the highest service to customers and colleagues.
Reporting to our Customer Support Manager, we are seeking a well-organized, positive, and conscientious individual with a ‘Can Do’ attitude.
Ideally, with similar customer-facing experience, this role also demands the ability to enjoy and thrive on multi-tasking. Candidates must have exceptional people skills as our customers and colleagues are discerning, and you will be a key front-facing element of our brand.
Duties Include:
* Leading new customers through onboarding, including setting up accounts and monitoring trainee certificates.
* Communicating the onboarding process and handling inquiries.
* Managing stock levels for flight bags and equipment.
* Tracking and updating uniform orders and liaising with suppliers.
* Responding to emails and correspondence daily.
* Reporting maintenance issues at Skyborne Accommodation and Flight Centre to the Facilities Team and communicating resolutions.
* Assisting with trainee check-ins and check-outs at Skyborne Accommodation.
* Participating in organizing events such as inductions, open days, graduations, and visits.
* Providing administrative support to various teams as needed.
* Developing relationships internally and externally to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
* Significant experience in a customer service or customer-facing role.
* Ability to concentrate and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong Microsoft Office skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Adaptability to changes.
* Availability to work weekends when required.
* Valid UK driving license due to travel requirements.

Additional Information
Full Time - 40 hours, Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:30.
Occasional weekend work.
Salary: £27,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
