We pride ourselves on using the very best meat, fish, and fresh ingredients to create our lovely, seasonal menu, and were seeking someone who shares that same passion for quality.
About the Role:
As Sous Chef, youll play a key role in day-to-day kitchen operations, supporting the Head Chef in delivering high-quality, flavourful dishes. Youll help lead the team, maintain high standards of food safety, and contribute your ideas to menu development. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone with ambition, creativity, and pride in their craft.
Responsibilities:
Assist in managing kitchen operations and staff
Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard
Support menu planning and seasonal specials
Ensure all hygiene, health, and safety practices are followed
Help train and mentor junior kitchen staff
Maintain stock control and assist with ordering
What Were Looking For:
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong experience as a Chef de Partie
A passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Creativity and enthusiasm for developing new ideas
A positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
