What We’re Looking For:
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
* Qualification: Level 3 IMI Light Vehicle Maintenance, with a passion for the automotive industry.
* Experience: Previous experience as a qualified Vehicle Technician. Brand accreditation is beneficial but not essential (training will be provided).
* Customer-Centric Attitude: A focus on providing exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
* Clear Communicator: Ability to explain complex technical issues in an understandable way.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Organised, methodical, and able to think on your feet.
* Full UK Driving Licence: A clean driving record is essential.
