You will work with a diverse caseload including conditions such as stroke, frailty, elderly rehabilitation, joint replacements, and multiple sclerosis. * Use your own vehicle for work purposes, but rest assured that pool cars are readily available to back you up. * Collaborate with integrated and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care. * Participate actively in weekly MDT meetings and daily huddles, ensuring clear communication and coordinated care efforts. * Cover for colleagues as needed at Migdale Hospital, a short 30-minute drive away in Bonar Bridge, extending your expertise and support. * Guide and mentor a new Band 4 team member, helping them build their competencies and find their feet in this rewarding field.
