Overview
Leo Group Ltd is one of the leading specialists in processing animal byproducts and renewable energy. We play a critical role in the food and agricultural industries by collecting and processing material which is converted into meals and oils for use in pet food, cosmetics, oleochemicals and renewable fuel.
Responsibilities
* Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social media and professional platforms, as well as cold calling and head‑hunting as required).
* Draft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
* Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
* Interview candidates via phone, Skype, MS Teams, video and in‑person.
* Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
* Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to managers.
* Engage with potential candidates on salary and benefits expectations.
* Network with various institutions and on social media.
* Handle administration and record‑keeping.
* Develop an own network of suitable candidates.
* Prepare robust, insightful sourcing and branding plans to attract all potential candidates.
* In conjunction with the Group HR Admin/Payroll Manager prepare job offers and follow through on any potential questions/queries from candidates.
* Assist with Tier 1 & Tier 2 visas.
* Check Right to Work of all candidates.
* Other ad‑hoc duties as required.
Person Specifications
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Interpersonal skills externally and internally: ability to work with various departments to fill open positions and foster teamwork.
* Decision‑making skills: review candidates’ applications and decide whether or not they meet the qualifications to be considered for positions.
* Excellent work ethic dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
* Good time and project‑managing skills.
* Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.
* Understanding of real job needs at a technical and results level.
* Prepare robust, insightful sourcing and branding plans to attract all potential candidates.
* Great organizer.
* Show initiative and be proactive.
Hours: 40 per week, Monday – Friday
