Key Responsibilities
* Make outbound calls to businesses to confirm their current communications and broadband infrastructure
* Speak with key decision-makers to gather detailed information about existing providers, packages, and any service pain points
* Accurately log all interactions and collected data into the CRM system
* Meet or exceed daily and weekly data collection and verification targets
* Provide regular updates and reports on progress, sharing useful insights and findings
* Take part in team meetings, training sessions, and idea-sharing to continuously develop your skills

* Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers

* Basic salary: £23,809.50
* OTE: £28,000
