Assistant Finance Manager Key Responsibilities:
* Posting daily bank transactions
* Reconciling vehicle profits
* Composite reporting to the Manufacturer
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Monthly vehicle depreciation
* Preparation of sales commissions
* Credit control and internal debt management
* Vehicle stock checks
* Supporting and overseeing Accounts Assistants
* Ad-hoc duties to assist the Financial Manager
What Were Looking For:
* Strong working knowledge of accounts
* Confident using Excel
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Comfortable working under pressure to meet month-end deadlines
