Associate Partner – Private Banking & Wealth Management

Our client is a rapidly expanding management consultancy that is looking for a dynamic, commercially minded senior leader to join the UK Banking Advisory team as an Associate Partner.
As an Associate Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling their Private Banking & Wealth Management practice in the UK. You will:
* Lead end-to-end complex transformation engagements
* Build and expand strategic client relationships
* Originate new business and develop long-term account strategies
* Strengthen the UK practice through talent development and thought leadership
* Act as a key contributor to the business’s growth, culture and market positioning
This role is ideal for a senior professional with a strong industry network and a proven ability to deliver and sell high-value consulting work.
You will need to have
* 10+ years’ experience in consulting and/or senior roles in financial services
* Strong track record in private banking and/or wealth management
* Proven ability to lead large-scale transformation programmes
* Strong network within UK private banking and wealth management
* Executive presence, commercial acumen and outstanding communication skills
* Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for developing talent
