Shift Manager
We're opening a brand new Drive Thru at The Shires Retail Park in Leamington Spa, which means we are growing our family.
The ideal Shift Manager would have experience working in a Drive Thru and be accustomed to working in a fast-paced QSR environment with high-volume sales and a large team. You need to be adaptable with people and customers, and driven to deliver great results.

We've maintained the same 'perfect and serve' philosophy since our family business began in 1986. In every restaurant, you'll find talented Shift Managers supporting the General and Assistant Managers to ensure each shift meets Five Guys standards and that every customer leaves happier than when they arrived. Our Shift Managers demonstrate leadership, coaching, and direction to the team, embodying our values for both staff and customers.
