Architect / Technical Architect – High-End Residential

This is an opportunity for an Architect or Technical Architect who wants to play a pivotal role in shaping an in-house architecture function at a highly ambitious company. You’ll be joining a team that believes in purposeful spaces, balancing form and function, and crafting homes that feel both refined and effortless.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead the technical design and delivery of bespoke residential projects, from concept through to completion.
* Collaborate closely with construction and project management teams to ensure seamless integration between design and build.
* Establish and grow an in-house architecture team, setting technical standards and mentoring junior staff as the function expands.
* Engage directly with clients, bringing their visions to life through thoughtful, high-quality design solutions.
* Maintain a deep understanding of building regulations and ensure all work is fully compliant.
* Contribute to internal design reviews, adding creative and technical value across the project lifecycle.
