Our Building Services division provides complete Facilities Management of properties throughout the UK, providing mechanical and electrical engineering support, cleaning, catering and grounds maintenance on a planned and reactive basis, using technological solutions to manage our teams in the most efficient ways.
We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join the Commercial Property Maintenance team on one of our projects in London. The purpose of the role will be to ensure that BS operational delivery performance is in line with contract obligations and BS business processes. Services to be delivered with high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring that all sites remain compliant.
What you’ll do:
* To supervise a team of engineers to an effective level to maintain high standards of performance at all times;
* To manage client and building users expectations and to aim for consistently high levels of customer satisfaction. Management of client relationship on a daily basis ;
* Manage agreed KPI and SLA’s, ensuring best use of all resources to ensure targets are met;
* Responsible for managing the company’s Health &Safety and environmental performance on site;
* Assist with the development of all direct reports, which will include annual PDR process;
* Manage any additional business opportunities that will deliver client satisfaction and increase revenue;
What you’ll bring to the role:
* Qualified in engineering discipline at NVQ level or higher
* Electrical Experience Essential
* 17th/ 18thEdition
* LV/AP - Advantage
* HV/AP - Advantage
* Mechanical Experience - Advantage
* Experience of FM service delivery
* Sound knowledge of H&S Legislation and some knowledge of COSHH
* Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of employee, customer and client
* Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload
* Ability to deliver projects on time and on budget
* Knowledge of Concept CAFM systems preferred
