The Role
We have an excellent opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic and supportive team.
The Reablement Service is dedicated to enriching the lives of individuals living at home, helping them maintain independence and healthy living. The service aims to enable and empower people to undertake daily tasks with support, guidance, and small aids.
Key Responsibilities
1. Responding to enquiries from clients, families, and professionals, directing them efficiently and courteously to the appropriate team member or resource.
2. Performing administrative tasks, including drafting letters, internal communications, reports, forms, and templates with accuracy.
3. Managing and maintaining confidential records, creating and analyzing data within specialised IT systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality compliance.
4. Providing comprehensive office support, such as organising filing systems, collecting and analysing manual data, managing stationery supplies, preparing meeting minutes, and processing accounts and invoices.
The Successful Candidate Should Have
1. Strong organisational and time management skills.
2. Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proficient IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
4. A minimum of GCSE grade C (or equivalent) in Mathematics and English.
