Murray Recruitment are recruiting an Accounts Payable Administrator for our client based in Bellshill.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join a busy finance team on a temporary ongoing contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing essential support to the accounts payable department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective management of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
* Providing support to the accounts payable team with general administrative duties.
* Managing and monitoring multiple email inboxes, forwarding emails to the relevant staff members.
* Handling the booking of travel arrangements including accommodation, car hire, and flights.
* Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks.
* Assisting with any other ad hoc duties as required by the team.
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in an administration role is essential.
* Strong organisational and time management skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Offering
* Immediate start available.
* Temporary contract.
* Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
* Hourly rate: £13.50 - £14.50 per hour, dependent on experience.
* Based on-site in Bellshill.
