What you'll be doing:
* Preparing client accounts and tax returns, advising on tax payable and payment deadlines
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships
* Supporting partners and managers with tax planning and advisory projects
* Identifying business and personal tax planning opportunities
* Mentoring and supporting junior team members
* Providing bookkeeping and management accounts support when required
* Assisting clients with accounting software queries
* Engaging in business development and promoting the firm's services
What you'll need:
* ACA or ACCA qualified
* Minimum of two years' experience in an accountancy practice
* Strong knowledge of accounts preparation and personal tax returns
* Experience with accounting software (CCH, Xero, Sage, Farmplan)
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication and client relationship skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
