You will be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering exceptional care and support for children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and challenging behaviours.
What your role involves:
* Supporting children and young people in their daily activities, personal interests, and developmental goals
* Promoting independence, well-being, and emotional resilience
* Attending weekend trips, holidays, and special outings with the children
* Supporting children in engaging activities such as climbing, baking, or adventurous trips
* Ensuring a safe environment by adhering to care plans and health and safety guidelines
* Providing emotional and practical support to build trust and confidence
* Protecting children from risks to their health and welfare
* Assisting in behaviour management and incident minimisation
Shift patterns & working hours:
* Long day shifts and sleep-in duties
* Full-time, permanent position
