Our Hatfield-based client manages secure deliveries to prisons across the UK and is looking for HGV Class 2 drivers to join their team. Immediate start available and permanent position available for right candidate after completing the probation period. DBS will be carried out as well.
HGV Class 2 Main duties will include:
* Manage delivery from depot to prison site
* 1-5 drops per day depending on the area of delivery
* Ensure your load is safe and secure at all times
* Complete delivery paperwork accurately
* Maintain professional conduct representing the company
* Manual handling
HGV Class 2 Shifts:
* Start times may vary each day between 5am-7am
* Monday to Friday
HGV Class 2 Pay Rates:
* Pay rate £16.18 PAYE for first 45 hours worked Monday to Friday
* Pay rate £24.27 PAYE for Monday to Friday after 45 hours and all hours worked on Saturday
* Guaranteed minimum 9 hours paid per day
* 45 minute paid break
