Rate: £22 - £29 per hour
Hours: 36 hours per week

Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a well-known client based in the North London area, who are looking for a highly skilled Multi Skilled Tradesperson - Carpentry to join their team.
Responsibilities
Duties:
* Undertake all aspects of building repairs, maintenance, renewals and replacements ranging from routine reactive repairs to major renewals and refurbishment work and planned works.
Competent to a high standard in both quality and output in a minimum of two or more trade disciplines, inclusive but not exclusive of:
* Plumbing and/or jetting
* Carpentry and/or joinery
* Wet Trades - Plastering, Tiling, Paving, Bricklaying, Painting & Decorating
* Roofing
* Floor laying
* Glazing
