Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager covering Scotland and Northern Ireland. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets in the assigned region. This role will involve traveling within the region, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, attend domestic and international trade exhibitions and providing post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales strategies and contribute to the growth and success of the company.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales and business development in the lighting or related industry
* Knowledge and understanding of the Scotland and Northern Ireland market
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong negotiation and presentation skills
* Ability to work independently and remotely
* Driven, self-motivated, and target-oriented
* Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
* Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
