Clinical Lead
New Pathways is a non‑government organisation that provides specialist support services for individuals affected by sexual violence. We are the largest provider of sexual violence support services in Wales and the leading provider of specialist sexual violence training.
Location: Office based, South Wales
Hours: Full Time (37 hours)
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 pro rata plus generous pension and benefits
Term: 12 month contract with a view to extending
The Clinical Lead will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, ethical and effective therapeutic services for individuals affected by sexual violence. The role provides clinical leadership and strategic oversight to the counselling and therapeutic team, ensuring all practice is trauma‑informed and aligned with the charity’s values and safeguarding responsibilities.
Qualifications: Accredited member of BACP or equivalent professional body; recognised counselling qualification at Level 5 or above.
