Responsibilities
* Working on a 4 on/4 off shift pattern assisting with day to day operations on the Anaerobic Digestion plant.
* Covering a call out rota to ensure the plant has cover.
* Using DCS or SCADA system to ensure the plant is operating as it should.
* Visual plant and equipment fault finding.
* Performing maintenance activities, such as isolating and changing a pump.
* Daily site inspections will be needed to be carried out to ensure downtime is minimised.
* Keeping the site clean and tidy.
* Working to provide positive site operations and looking for continuous improvement opportunities on site.
Qualifications
* A qualification in a mechanical or electrical engineering discipline would be ideal.
* Takes full ownership of tasks to achieve the highest standards of work at all times.
* AD site experience is desirable.
* The ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
