Senior HR People Partner
Wavenet is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a Senior HR People Partner to play a key role in shaping and delivering our People strategy during this exciting period of change and expansion.
This is a high-impact opportunity for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys partnering closely with leaders, and is passionate about building a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture.
You’ll work across multiple locations, developing strong relationships with managers and colleagues, leading people initiatives, and supporting organisational change as Wavenet continues to grow through acquisitions.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a trusted partner to the business, you will:
* Provide expert coaching, guidance and support to leaders and colleagues
* Lead people projects and change initiatives that contribute to company performance
* Support the full employee lifecycle, including investigations, disciplinaries, grievances and tribunals
* Ensure fairness, consistency and compliance across all people practices
* Play an active role in M&A activity, including TUPE transfer and integration of new colleagues
* Use people data and insight to strengthen engagement, culture and performance
* Work collaboratively with the wider People team to deliver best-practice programmes
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who brings:
* CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification (or equivalent experience)
* Strong experience in a People Partner/HRBP role, ideally in a multi-site environment
* Proven ability to manage complex employee relations casework confidently
* Experience supporting M&A and TUPE processes
* Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to work at all levels
* A proactive, organised and adaptable approach, comfortable working in a high-growth setting
* A commitment to inclusion, collaboration and continuous improvement
