Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end procurement activities across a range of direct spend categories.
* Manage supplier sourcing, selection, negotiation, and onboarding activities.
* Support the flow-down of customer and contractual requirements throughout the supply chain.
* Negotiate commercial terms and supplier agreements to deliver value and mitigate risk.
* Build and manage strong supplier relationships, ensuring performance, quality, and delivery expectations are achieved.
* Support contract management activities throughout the supplier lifecycle.
* Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations, Commercial, and Programme teams to support business objectives.
About You
* Experience within Defence, Aerospace, or another highly regulated engineering environment.
* Proven background in direct procurement and strategic sourcing.
* Strong commercial acumen with experience negotiating contracts and supplier agreements.
* Good understanding of contractual flow-down requirements and supply chain compliance.
* Experience managing suppliers throughout the contract lifecycle.
* Able to work effectively in a fast-moving, evolving business environment.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating with autonomy.
