We are looking for a
Teaching Assistant - Autism and Social Communication
to support pupils with complex social communication needs and/or Autism. You'll work closely with teachers, therapists and other professionals to deliver tailored support and make a real difference in children's lives.

The Role
You'll:
Support children in class, small groups and 1:1 sessions
Deliver interventions with guidance from Speech and Language Therapists
Provide emotional, pastoral and behavioural support
Build positive relationships and help pupils communicate with confidence
Assist teachers in delivering engaging, inclusive lessons
Safeguard pupils and attend training and meetings as required
About You
Experience is not essential - we provide full training. You should be:
Passionate about working with children with
SEN/Autism
Caring, patient, adaptable and a good listener
A strong communicator and effective team player
Keen to learn and develop professionally
If you're a graduate in
