About the Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Supervise classes during the short-term absence of the teacher
Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
Support pupils with their learning and provide feedback to teaching staff
Build strong relationships with students and school teams
This role is ideal for:

Strong communication and behaviour management skills
Confidence leading groups of students aged 11–16
