Underwriting Assistant- Permanent
Salary up to £35k depending on experience + Bonus + Benefits
Mon -Fr 8.30-5.30pm
Superb opportunity with a well-established and growing specialist property finance lender who are looking to appoint an Underwriting Assistant to join their growing lending team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone currently working in property finance, lending support, case management or credit analysis who wants to move into a structured underwriting career within bridging and development finance.
The Opportunity
You’ll work closely with experienced underwriters supporting the assessment and progression of deals, gaining hands-on exposure to:
* Deal structuring and appraisal
* Development and bridging finance transactions
* Credit analysis and due diligence
* Preparing terms and underwriting commentary
* Working with brokers, borrowers and professional advisers
* Supporting deals from enquiry through to completion
This is a development-focused role with a clear pathway into a full Underwriter position.
